Code of Conduct

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with our code of conduct. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.

Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring that the Pi Wars Mini Conference is accessible to all delegates.

Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

There is an induction loop available in the main auditorium.

A limited amount of disabled parking is available, prior arrangement is required.

A designated Quiet Area will be available.

If you have needs not mentioned here we will do our best to support you, but please help us by contacting us in advance.

Safeguarding

The Pi Wars Mini Conference adopts the Raspberry Pi foundation safeguarding policy, and our volunteers have completed the Raspberry Pi foundation safeguarding training.

The Raspberry Pi Foundation believes that a child, young person, or vulnerable adult should never experience abuse of any kind.

We have a responsibility to promote the welfare of all children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and to keep them safe. We are committed to follow practices that protect them. These practices are laid out in the Raspberry Pi Foundation safeguarding policy.
